The location is central, easy access to everything, right opposite MIT campus. . courteous staff, helpful and responsive. everyone here are very very helpful and know their job . neat and clean property. housekeeping does an excellent job the breakfast buffet is superb with a lot of options for both veg and non-veg

Excellent location, and the property seems to have undergone renovation recently. So, the facilities and property looked new. Dining is also excellent. Good breakfast spread with local food. The staff also accommodated my request for late checkout which was very helpful

I liked everything about this hotel . Every one very responsive and helpful from the security, front desk , housekeeping to dinning resturants. Food is excellent . When ever in Manipal this is the place for me .

Well kept property, sufficient parking, courteous staff. Clean rooms. Very well located, walkable from MIT as well as the hospital. Lots of shopping and many restaurants in the vicinity.

Excellent Hospitality, reception especially very low time spent for check in and check out. Cleanliness is excellent. food taste is awesome.

The property was clean and well maintained. Staff was quite helpful and was always available at a call. The property is recently renovated. The pool is undergoing renovation but it was not a concern. Rooms are very comfortable and cosy.

- food was good but there is only one restaurant. for the amount charged, there could be couple of options - fairly spacious rooms - friendly staff - provision of fan and aircon were great - very good amenities
